Delight in the magic of Christmas at your local arts centre this festive season!

There’s still time to catch The Very Hungry Caterpillar Christmas Show (30th November-11th December)! Dive into Eric Carle’s bright and colourful world as his beloved stories are transformed from page to stage, using a menagerie of 75 lovable puppets and charming music. ★★★★★ ‘Beautiful, Rhythmic. Developed in Iceland, Snow (4th-5th December) is a magical, immersive, multi-sensory adventure with live music and puppetry, performed at Kingsmere Community Centre in Bicester. The perfect introduction to live theatre, and the perfect Christmas adventure for 0-5 year olds and their families.

Expect action-packed exploration, extraordinary spectacles and mountainous obstacles as Faina and her owl assistant Maude battle through the wild, wintry wilderness in search of the truth in The Snow Beast (16th December).

Music fans are spoiled for choice this December! The wildly popular St Agnes Fountain (6th December) return to give Christmas songs a good, if respectful, kicking. For a bit of glamour and glitz, why not experience Christmas with the Rat Pack & Marilyn Monroe (12th December) or The West End at Christmas (13th December)? Or for a rocking night out, don’t miss Pink Floyd tribute Dark Side of the Wall (18th December) or the tongue-in-cheek festive celebration of the decade that taste forgot: That 80s Christmas Rock Show (22nd December).

Jam-packed full of festive, glittering showgirls, bawdy comedy, classic vaudeville and awe-inspiring circus acts, Hundred Watt Club: A Burlesque Christmas Special (23rd December) is always seductive, always sublime and always that little bit ridiculous. Not for the faint hearted!

With Rich Hall’s Hoedown Deluxe (17th December) and Suzi Ruffell: Dance Like Everyone’s Watching (10th December), you can enjoy world-class comedy right on your doorstep!

On Christmas Eve, bring the kids along for a hot chocolate and a festive family film – we’re running a special double screening of Mickey’s Christmas Carol (10:30am) and Home Alone 2 (2pm).
