Stiled’s Porcelain Garden Showroom

in Homes and Gardens

Husband and wife team Matt and Lucia Williams and fellow shareholder and director Sagren Naidoo are the entrepreneurs behind Stiled the porcelain tile specialists located on an idyllic farm location, only a 10 minute drive from Banbury, where you are welcome to view their fantastic range of stock in the inspiring setting of their newly created Garden Showroom.

This is a local family company with extensive experience in the tile business.

Matt, Lucia, and their family of three teenage children live in Warmington with a Red Working Cocker called Tilki who has become the centre of attention, just loves people and roams around the grounds chasing rabbits and birds rather unsuccessfully.

Matt gained invaluable experience and insight into the domestic tile industry during his 12 years running the well respected national retailer Topps Tiles which had previously been a family affair before being listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. He had to navigate the company through the global financial crisis and Brexit and really enjoyed transforming the company into a design led business with exceptionally high levels of service including an industry leading website.

Having grown up with the business he has always valued the long standing relationships he has with manufacturers and has always been keen to collaborate on bringing exciting new designs to the market. He could see the huge creative advantage of porcelain production and increasing outdoor porcelain options.

He saw an opportunity to specialise solely in porcelain a year ago and Stiled.com was born. Having always loved the outdoors they wanted to set up in a rural setting and enjoyed being on a farm. Their thesis was that the market would develop in a similar way it had in the interior market and we would see more colour and pattern, and even panelling.  This is all made possible by the clever technology of digital printing which enables you to create realistic natural looking products, patterns and colours.

A good example of this can be terracotta. We have all admired this soft warm colour from afar on mediterranean holidays but understandably are cautious of using this in our British climate which makes it vulnerable to cracking in the frost and discolouration. However, our aged Porcelain Cavendish Cotto can be enjoyed all year round as it will stay looking as good as the day you had it installed as it has all the benefits of porcelain.

They have been able to help and serve some very happy local customers and forged good relationships with landscapers, garden designers and architects.  They put the customer at the heart of everything they do and try to make, what can be quite a daunting process as easy as possible. A very proud moment was achieving a Trust Pilot score of Excellent (4.7).

Last year they built an inspirational Outdoor Show Garden which helps you visualise how your tiles will look in your outdoor space and see the different layouts and patterns, colour combinations and finishes.

You can see the rows of high quality imported stock from their European suppliers lining the runway to the Shepherd

Hut offices and free delivery is provided for all orders over £350. They have customers from the Highlands to Jersey and Cornwall. So they recognise that not all can come and see the actual sized tiles as such they are happy to send out generously cut samples for you to still get a real feel for the colour, design and texture.

Looking to the future they are growing on-line and continue to strive to make people’s shopping experience as easy as possible and as they grow, they want to employ local people.

They work very closely with suppliers to bring cutting edge design to their customers.

The outdoor space is the new room in the house and although it will undoubtedly add value to your property, the main focus is how you value your space and make it simply a lovely and unique place to be that you are proud of and want to share.

You can gain inspiration for your tiling project, view their exciting range of products, learn about the aesthetic and cost advantages of porcelain tiles by visiting their Outdoor Garden Showroom, where you will be warmly welcomed.

With Spring on the horizon, this is a great time to visit and put the finishing touches to your plans.
