No responsibility can be accepted for damage to or loss of artwork or other advertising material. No guarantee can be given that orders facing matter will appear as such. However, the difference between the facing matter and the ordinary position rate will be refunded when it is impossible to meet the conditions of that order. (Wherever possible the advertiser will be informed prior to publication).
Advertisement rates are subject to immediate revision at any time and orders are accepted on condition that the price binds The Company only in respect to the next issue to go to press.
Annual price rises:
Price rises are never popular, but are sometimes a necessary part of business. As with all businesses, inflation drives up the cost to run Read This Magazine every year. That is why we believe that the use of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (the official inflation measure in the UK economy), as determined by the Office for National Statistics, as a baseline to calculate our annual price rises is fair and will let us continue to offer excellent service and invest in our business. All agreed advertising rates will increase in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) % inflation rate published by the Office for National Statistics on the 1st of April each year. Price increases will be implemented from the July issue onward.

We reserve the right to pass all overdue accounts to a third-party debt collection agency.
Generally, the copy deadline is five weeks before publication (e.g. 20 January 2020 being the deadline for the March 2020 issue). In the event of copy not being supplied on time, The Company reserve the right to repeat any previous advertisement.
We have a small team that chases up outstanding copy, it is the advertiser’s responsibility to submit copy on time and to specification. This is outside our control, so please don’t leave everything to the last minute in case you suffer a technical problem. In these circumstances, the space will still be invoiced.

Where artwork is required, a proof will be provided for approval. Copy for advertisements must be provided digitally. Copy deemed excessive or unnecessary will be reduced by the Editor. Copy must clearly state all contact details to appear in the advertisement. Logo and image files must be provided digitally at 300dpi as either TIFF/EPS/PDF/PSD/AI/JPEG files. All copy/logos/images for the advertisement must be provided at the booking stage. For artwork purposes, a Pantone/Spot/CMYK reference must be provided to ensure any colour accuracy required.
