Charity Light Trail

This December, immerse yourself in the festive spirit with the Charity Christmas Light Trail, a heartwarming event organised by the Westminster Group Foundation in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Banbury. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the expansive Westminster Group grounds in Oxfordshire (OX17 2BS), this event promises to be a delightful experience for the entire family.

Event Details:

  • Dates: Thursday 12th – Sunday 15th December
  • Time: 6 pm – 9 pm
  • Location: Westminster Group grounds, near Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 2BS

Prepare to be dazzled by thousands of twinkling lights accompanied by festive music, creating a wonderland that captures the joy and excitement of the season. The trail isn’t just a visual treat; it’s an interactive experience too. Children can engage in a fun-filled quiz with the chance to win exciting prizes. Additionally, food and drink stalls will be available to keep you warm and satisfied as you explore the illuminated path.

Visitor Information:

  • Entry: No fixed fee, but a suggested donation of £5 per person is appreciated. You can make your donations at the event or online.
  • Accessibility: Please note that while the trail includes some hard-standing paths, there are grassy areas as well. Suitable footwear is recommended, and due to the terrain, the trail may not be suitable for wheelchairs or those with mobility impairments.
  • Pets: Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome to join in the festive fun.

All proceeds from the event will support the charitable endeavours of the Rotary Club of Banbury among other charities. Hundreds of visitors are expected, making this an ideal opportunity to celebrate community spirit while contributing to a worthy cause.

Don’t miss out on this enchanting Christmas adventure! Advance tickets can be purchased here, and if you wish to contribute further, additional donations can be made here.

Join in for a magical evening that’s sure to light up your holiday season!
