BCOC Live 26

BCOC Live! will return to Wroxton House Hotel on Thursday, 15 October 2026, bringing Banbury’s business community together for a full day of networking, collaboration and opportunity.

Banbury Chamber of Commerce is organising the event alongside headline sponsor Read This Magazine. The event brings together businesses from Banbury and the surrounding region for a full day of networking, collaboration and business insight.

Following last year’s record turnout, organisers are expecting even greater interest in 2026 as businesses continue to seek stronger local connections, trusted partnerships, and opportunities to grow.

Why Banbury businesses need each other

For many businesses, the challenges are very real.

Costs continue to rise. Recruitment remains difficult. Competition for attention is tougher than ever. Many businesses are being asked to do more with less while still trying to grow, innovate and stand out.

At the same time, there is a growing recognition that local business communities matter. Strong relationships lead to new opportunities. Conversations create partnerships. Local support networks help businesses navigate uncertain times together.

That is the thinking behind BCOC Live! 26.

The event creates a space for businesses to connect face-to-face, share ideas and build meaningful relationships with other organisations across the region. It goes beyond just being an exhibition.

What can businesses expect on the day?

Attendees will meet a wide range of local exhibitors, discover new products and services, and network openly throughout the day in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

An informal networking lunch and unlimited tea and coffee stations will run throughout the event, giving attendees space to start conversations and make introductions during the day.

Visitors will also be able to attend three live seminar sessions and panel discussions focused on topics affecting businesses today, including local marketing, recruitment, HR, and employment challenges. Further speaker and sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Why attend BCOC Live! 26?

Whether aiming to raise their profile, meet new customers, or strengthen partnerships, businesses will find practical value and genuine connections at the event.

Derek Hettenbach, Chair of Banbury Chamber of Commerce, said:

“Businesses are facing a huge amount of pressure at the moment, which is exactly why strong local relationships are so important.

BCOC Live! 26 is about bringing businesses together, creating opportunities and reminding people that they are part of a wider business community that wants to support one another.

Last year’s turnout showed just how valuable face-to-face networking still is. This year, we want to make the event even bigger, more collaborative and more beneficial for local businesses across the region.”

How can businesses get involved?

The event is open to businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and independents to larger employers and professional services.

Businesses can now secure exhibition spaces, networking stands, and seminar sponsorship packages. The Chamber encourages businesses interested in speaking or panel discussions to contact them directly.

For full event details, exhibitor opportunities, and registration, visit the events page on the Banbury Chamber of Commerce website. Attendance is free, but tickets must be registered in advance.
